They offered airy and a nice size rooms with shower, TV, the double bed. I liked the breakfast with plenty of outstanding food.

Everything was exceptional, had a really really nice stay for a brief visit. The staff were pleasant and very welcoming yet not intrusive. Its location was particularly good and perfect, in a lovely area.  

Appreciated our queen room with fresh crisp bedding, the double bed plus blackout curtains. The hotel's position was comfortable and perfect next to bars and restaurants.

Gorgeous breakfasts, very friendly and decent staff.

Ideal place for staying in the centre of Market Deeping. Well decorated and brand-new rooms with separate bathrooms. Comfortable and ideal location for visiting bars and restaurants next to the hotel.  

A nice size and tastefully decorated units with blackout curtains, 2 single beds and fresh crisp bedding, and the staff were decent. The venue was in a central location not far from a seat in the restaurant, the grounds 

It was in a quiet and unbeatable location in the center of the village. Plus, it was just next door to Market Place, and the centre of the market town of Market Deeping.

Really enjoyed my really great stay at this hotel and would stay here again. The staff was fantastic and fabulous, the accommodation was incredibly beautiful and clean. The location was pleasant for traveling around Market Deeping, really 

Good-sized and well-appointed units with shower, a separate bathroom and the double bed, really friendly employees. Particularly good, magnificent location in Market Deeping, close enough to the centre of the market town of Market Deeping, 

Really had enjoyable stay as last years visit. Fairly clean and the staff was very amiable and decent. Magnificent location, lovely breakfast with lots of food.

Wi-Fi was awful.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was reasonably large and airy with shower. The hotel location was particularly good by a beautiful stream. And it was also just next door to the back garden 

Overall it was good sized with shower. The location was lovely there, in a lovely area. The staff was pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating, whenever I needed help.

The staff was very rude.

What a quiet and quiet little place!

The unit was a nice size and tastefully decorated.

Liked the place, had a lovely stay for a brief visit. There were comfortable beds and a safe box, central heating and an iron inside the room. The hotel was located in the centre of the city.

Double room with the double bed in the suite as well as blackout curtains was ready when we arrived. The location for Market Deeping was comfortable, next to the market town, the back garden on the river bank and the 

Lots of food for breakfast, it was good. The double room for our needs, facilities worked for us.
